Terms of Service – Fbrly (by 41stack)

1. Introduction

Fbrly is a software product operated by 41stack ("Company", "we", "our"). By accessing or using Fbrly, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Services

Fbrly provides invoicing, business management, and integration tools, including optional integration with external systems such as the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).

3. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Fbrly for your internal business operations.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the software
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Resell or sublicense access
• Use the platform for unlawful purposes

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or violation of these terms.

5. Payments

Fbrly currently operates on manual billing. Payments may be made via bank transfer or other agreed methods. Access to the service may depend on successful payment. All fees are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise. We reserve the right to change pricing with prior notice.

6. User Data

You retain ownership of your data. You grant us permission to store and process your data to provide the service. We are not responsible for data loss caused by user actions or incorrect data entered by users.

7. FBR Integration & Credentials

Fbrly may integrate with external systems such as FBR. By using these features, you agree to provide valid credentials (e.g. FBR tokens) and authorize us to use them solely to perform requested actions. Sensitive credentials are encrypted before storage. However, we do not control FBR systems and are not responsible for outages, errors, or changes in FBR APIs.

8. Security

We implement reasonable security measures, including encryption of sensitive data. You are responsible for securing your account access and preventing unauthorized use.

9. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance and modify or discontinue features.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if terms are violated, payments are not completed, or misuse is detected. You may stop using the service at any time.

11. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in Fbrly remain the property of 41stack. This agreement does not transfer ownership.

12. Limitation of Liability

Fbrly is provided "as is". We are not liable for business losses, tax errors, or indirect or consequential damages.

13. No Tax or Legal Advice

Fbrly is a software tool only. We do not provide tax, legal, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for compliance with applicable laws, including FBR regulations.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
